"I wasn't sure what was quite wrong with my windmills. It seemed I was doing all of the steps but it felt (and looked) off. After taking the windmill test and really watching I saw that I was reaching/grabbing, so the skill had a clunky ending. In the couple of weeks I've been working on this I have become more aware of what my hands were doing and how my incorrect hand placement was hindering my descent. What level is this course for? The curriculum is geared toward the Intermediate level aerialist looking to improve their technique and skill-set. We've done our best to set you up for success and we're here to support you along the way! You must feel confident with inverting in the air. 

When does the course take place? Is there a set schedule? The course is pre-recorded and takes place whenever you'd like to tune in! No schedules or time zones to worry about. 

Do I need a silk? Yes, you will need access to a silk in order to practice the course materials.

The Windmill Method is for age 18 and up only.

Videos available on www.aerialphysiqueonline.com by Aerial Physique Inc. are intended for use as a tool of reference for those who are taking aerial classes with a qualified instructor. Always practice aerial on apparatus installed by a professional rigger, rigged from an overhead anchor graded to hold 5,000 lbs or more.

Rigging from trees is not recommended. Be sure to place a thick crash mat underneath you.
