What you need to know.
While aerial training is incredibly thrilling and liberating, it is also challenging. We strive to create an environment where beginners feel welcome, supported, and encouraged. Our instructors are patient and attentive to our student's needs. We are able to facilitate an intimate experience due, in part, to our small class sizes. An online reservation is required to attend and we implement a 12-hour cancellation policy. If you'd like to book a private or duo lesson please email us.

Aerial Silk
Aerial silks use a long piece of fabric where practitioners wrap, suspend, drop, and spiral their bodies into and out of various positions. If you are new to aerial please book our Introductory Level Class.

Corde Lisse
Corde lisse is french for 'smooth rope.' Students learn a variety of climbs and tricks on this vertical aerial apparatus.
Aerial Hammock
Aerial Hammock, uses the same fabric as aerial silk, however, the fabric is looped to create the suspended apparatus. Learn beautiful positions, skills and sequences.
