What to know before you book

​

Train with us at our Los Angeles studio! Aerial training is both challenging and incredibly rewarding. Whether you’re brand new or continuing your practice, our goal is to support your progress in a focused, encouraging environment. Classes are kept small, with a maximum of 6 aerialists, so you receive thoughtful guidance and time in the air.
 

If you’re looking for a more personalized experience, we also offer private lessons, duos and group bookings. Feel free to email us to get started.

Important Studio policies: ​

  • Classes are for ages 18+

  • Reservations are required to attend

  • Group classes require 12-hour notice to cancel

  • Private bookings require 24-hour notice to cancel

  • If you are brand new to aerial, please book our Intro Level Classes

Class Options

Silks

Silks, also known as tissu, allow you to wrap, suspend and move through a variety of positions, including climbs, inversions, and drops. If you’re new to silks, we recommend starting with our Introductory Level class.

Anchor 1

Hammock

Hammock, also known as sling, uses a looped setup to create a supportive, suspended apparatus. Explore a variety of positions, skills and sequences in the air.

*Please note, this is not an aerial yoga class.

Lyra

Lyra, also known as aerial hoop, combines strength and control as you explore spins, poses and transitions inside and around the hoop.

Rope

Rope, also known as Corde Lisse, challenges strength and control as you move through climbs, shapes and dynamic sequences.

Whether you’re brand new to aerial or ready to refine a specific skill or sequence, we’ll tailor the Aerial Physique experience just for you.

Book A Private Aerial Party!

Enjoy a memorable aerial experience, perfect for birthdays, bachelorettes or simply for fun.

-$320 for 75 minutes

Studio Policies

Age Requirement 18+
Classes are strictly for ages 18+ only.

Cancellations 
Please cancel or reschedule group classes at least 12 hours in advance through your online account to avoid being charged. Private and duo lessons require 24 hours’ notice, and private parties require 48 hours’ notice.
 

These policies support our small class sizes, staff scheduling and allow others the opportunity to book. Thank you for your understanding.

Waitlist 
If a class is full, we recommend joining the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you’ll be notified by email.
Class Minimum 
Group classes require a minimum of 2 aerialists. If a class does not meet this minimum at least 5 hours in advance, we’ll reach out via text or email.
 
Late Arrivals 
We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals, we understand traffic happens. After 10 minutes, entry may not be permitted to ensure safety and proper warm-up.
