What level is this course for? The Windmill Method is geared toward the Intermediate level aerialist looking to improve their technique and skill-set. We've done our best to set you up for success and we're here to support you along the way! We recommend you feel confident with inverting in the air.

Do I need a silk? Yes, you will need access to a silk in order to practice the course materials.

When does the course take place? Is there a set schedule? The course is pre-recorded and takes place whenever you'd like to tune in! No schedules or time zones to worry about. 

​

How much is the course? The Windmill Method is $157 or 2 monthly payments of $85. 

​

Once I purchase the course how long do I have it for? Once you enroll in the program, it's yours! You can access it at any time for years to come even after you've completed it.

Is there a minimum age requirement? Yes, you must be a minimum of 18 years old to participate in our courses as stated in our Terms & Conditions.

My friend & I want to sign up. Can we share the course? Sharing login information is a violation of our Terms & Conditions. Only one login allowed per user.

What do I need for the at-home workouts? You'll want to have a yoga mat and two yoga blocks handy to make the most out of your workouts.

 

How long are the workouts? The at-home workouts are 20-25 minutes. We made them efficient so you can fit them into your already busy schedule! The aerial lesson videos are 10-15 minutes.    

 

How often should I do the workouts? We recommend doing the at-home workouts 3-4 times a week and practicing your Windmills of 2-3 times per week with 1-2 rest days for the best results. 

 

Can I access it on my phone or iPad? Yes, the course is compatible with all devices.  

 

Does the course come with a book?  The course includes 6 digital guides to accompany each module. All can be printed out for you to enjoy and use!

How do I access the digital guides? For each module, you'll receive 2 digital print-outs. Once you're logged in, click on the module you'd like to watch, look on the right-hand side for the Download box, you will see the digital PDF file ready to download. Click here to see a video.  

 

What if it doesn't work for me, do you offer refunds? We have a strict no refund policy. In our experience, oftentimes you get what you pay for. Not just in the quality of the product you purchase, but also in the way in which you treat something better if you paid for it. This course is not only designed to get you results but delivers a wealth of value and insight. We believe in you, our course, and your commitment to it!

I'm subscribed to Aerial Physique TV. Is this course included in my subscription? No, this course is separate from Aerial Physique TV. 

How is this different from Aerial Physique TV? Our APTV site offers tutorials in Windmills and S-Wraps, however, they aren't broken down in as much detail, they don't come with a step-by-step printout, the tutorials don't offer solutions for common bad habits and there aren't at-home workouts that target your 'windmill' muscles. All in all, The Windmill Method is your A-Z solution to conquering your Windmills for good! 

 

I can't commit right now, will this course be available again? We don't plan to offer The Windmill Method again until 2022 and we won't be offering these FLASH SALE rates again! Get in now at the discounted rate - you'll have course access for years to come, even after you've completed it.

I'm an aerial instructor, can I teach this course to my students? The content in the course is extremely helpful for teachers of aerial. We're confident the course will expand your own knowledge and provide you with useful tips to help your students with their Windmills. However copying, printing, or re-recording The Windmill Method curriculum verbatim, or using The Windmill Method name, is a violation of copyright and intellectual property laws. Course materials may only be taught by certified Aerial Physique Instructors upon written approval from Jill Franklin and will include a franchise fee. Failure to comply with copyright and intellectual property laws will result in severe and costly legal action.

How do I join the private Windmill Method Facebook Group? Head over to https://www.facebook.com/groups/windmillmethod to join. When requesting to join, enter your email address associated with your Windmill Method login to be verified.

I made the first payment but haven't used the course recently. Do I still have to pay the second payment? Yes, if you withdraw from the course at any time or for any reason whatsoever, you still will remain fully responsible for the full cost of the program. No exceptions. 

Failure to pay in full will result in the removal of access to your course library. 
 

I'm experiencing technical issues, what do I do? Try checking your internet connection and clearing your cache/cookies. For the best user experience, we recommend using Chrome as your default browser. Safari or Firefox are also great options.
