When?

The first skill in our sequence will be released on Monday, July 13th and new sections will be released each day through Friday, July 17th.

On Saturday, July 18th the complete sequence will be revealed in a special video performed by Jill Franklin. Then you'll have a little over 2 weeks to practice, put everything together and submit your own video.

The submission deadline is Monday, August 3rd at 11:59pm Pacific Time.

Winners of the prize drawing will be announced on Thursday, August 6th.

Requirements

This sequence is intended for beginner-to-intermediate skill level on silks, but there's lots of way to make modifications to fit your own practice. It features no big drops and requires about 14 feet (4.3 meters) of height.

To complete the sequence you should already comfortable with:

  • Straddle inversion in the air

  • Egg beater wraps

  • Single foot locks in the air

You do not need to perform everything perfectly. Modifications will be provided and we encourage you to make the sequence you own for what feels right at your level. Contest winners will be selected through a random drawing, not judged based on skill level.

Safety First.png

Please participate in a safe aerial training space using secure, professionally rated rigging and an appropriate crash mat. Work within your current abilities and use the provided modifications whenever needed.
