Work on your personalized training program on your own timing, at your studio or home rig. You will not be connected live with your coach during your practice times, however, our coaching app helps you track your training, monitor your progress, and communicate with your coach as you go!
You'll be given access to our coaching app where you can upload videos of your aerial practice for analysis by your coach. Each video upload series (up to 5 minutes) is considered 'one session'.
Your coach will review your videos and send you detailed feedback, a potential training program and workouts to help you reach your goals.
Apply to receive personalized private coaching from an Aerial Physique Master Trainer. All you need is a safe place to train aerial (at an advanced-beginner level or above), a good internet connection (to communicate with your coach & share videos), and motivation to study aerial arts with Aerial Physique.

How old do I have to be? You MUST be 18 years old or older to participate in Aerial Edge Virtual Coaching.
Will you demonstrate live?
The Aerial Physique Master Trainers will provide recordings of demonstrations as well as Aerial Physique video references and demonstrated conditioning exercises as appropriate. If you have questions, leave a note with your coach on the coaching app chat and your coach will be happy to answer your questions.
What level should I be at? I have just been practicing aerial for 1.5 years? Ideally, participants should be at an Advanced Beginner level or above. You should be able to climb well and safely invert (even if it is not perfect). Participants should be at a level that they can safely train at open training at their studio or on their own home rig without direct supervision of a teacher or coach. (We always recommend having a friend or family member nearby for safety.)
