Former Cirque du Soleil stars join the Aerial Physique family!

We are so elated, grateful and a little star struck if we're being honest!

They say that you don't find your tribe, your tribe finds you. With that being said, we are tickled pink to introduce you to the following three award-winning all stars from the Cirque du Soleil world.

"Practice makes permanent, only perfect practice makes perfect."

Joseph Pinzon is the founder and creative producer of Short Round Productions, a Los Angeles-based circus company responsible for the show Filament. "Your energy introduces you before you speak, no negative vibes allowed!"

Uuve Jansson was born and raised on the stage in Stockholm, Sweden. Her accolades and travels are as numerous as her interests. In 2008, Uuve joined Cirque du Soleil along with her brother, where they performed a duo silk act in DRALION until it’s closing in 2010. She continued performing a swinging trapeze act with Cirque du Soleil's ALEGRIA. Uuve was awarded the Gold medal for her trapeze act in 2011. Because of this act, Uuve was selected by Cirque du Soleil for the creation and run of IRIS. Since then, she have been involved in a major film production as a stunt performer and Cirque du Soleil's special events company 45 Degrees.

She loves to rock out to hip hop.

Uuve's new trapeze class begins Saturday, September 29th.

The Aerial Physique Culture

Aerial Physique is a welcoming aerial community that believes in the power of a positive attitude. Our aim is to elevate our student's lives by creating a friendly, non-competitive atmosphere where students feel safe, supported and not judged. When taking a class with us, we invite you to be fully in the moment. Allow a mini-retreat from your day to day life to experience your awesomeness and learn some pretty cool skills along the way!

Every member of our Aerial Physique team is unique in their personality and skill set but we all have three things in common. Your safety is our number one priority. Clean technique is our goal for you and we support you wherever you are in your aerial journey.

Jill has carefully selected her team to support the welcoming vibe of Aerial Physique. When you take a class from us be ready to experience the following:

1) A warm-up that properly prepares you for class

We all know aerial is intense! Depending on the skills you'll be learning, specific stretching and exercise techniques are always included in the warm-up. We strive to give you tools to take away that will better your flexibility, strength and progress in the air.

2) Egoless instruction.

The class is not about the instructor, the class is about you, the student. Our focus is to have you feeling accomplished, uplifted and in your 'aerial high' zone by the end of the class. No show offs and egos to worry about!

3) We offer many levels.

We have an array of levels to accommodate our student's needs. We offer an Introductory Level to introduce first-timers to aerial followed by Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. Having different levels allows for students to progress at an appropriate pace.

4) We emphasize the foundation.

If you can't do a clean invert in the air, no drops for you! Proper form, body awareness and strength is part of your safety. It keeps you injury free and prevents accidents from happening. We have a clear step-by-step foundational program for our Beginners that will leave you with solid technique you can build upon and free from bad habits.

5) Our community is like a family.

We care about you! We'll support you in difficult moments and cheer for your victories! Due to our friendly atmosphere, students are very complimentary of each other and are quick to become friends. The Aerial Physique community spans from our headquarters in Los Angeles to hundreds of students around the globe who have taken part in our teacher training programs and workshops.
