Online Teacher Training
ENROLLMENT IS NOW CLOSED - We'll reopen the course in early 205
We're thrilled to announce that our Level One course is now available online! This virtual version of our course can be taken from anywhere in the world, saving you travel costs and time away from home.
The Level One Teacher Training course has been created to provide you with a thorough understanding of how to lead Introductory through Beginner Level aerial silk classes. The curriculum will teach you key concepts that will help you develop a solid teaching philosophy, an eye for clean technique and the tools to excel as an aerial teacher. Our course is proudly recognized by American Circus Educators, NASM & AFAA.
The foundation is the most essential part of an aerialist's training and the same goes for teaching. To ensure safety and success for you and your future students, the course focuses on risk assessment, optimal technique, essential modifications & progressions for aerial skills, clear cueing, spotting, basic anatomy, common injuries, stretching & conditioning methods, Pilates concepts & exercises, along with basic rigging, class structure, lesson plans & the business side of aerial arts.
